This document is the API Guide for the PC-lint Plus View REST API client.

The REST client API allows easy access to the PC-lint Plus View data, through any API client. While we recommend that you read it in its entirety, here are some of the most common sections you might be interested to look at:

Authentication and Security, to learn how to connect to the API.
Using the API, to learn more on how to use the API.
Filters, to learn how to filter results with the API.

Keep in mind that PC-lint Plus View users will be able to view and/or use the API depending on their global roles permissions. To know more about global role and API permissions, have a look at Global Roles section.
